• Semantic Similarity Measure for Gene Ontology: A new Semantic Similarity Measure for the Gene Ontology to measure similarity value between two GO terms or Genes.

• Semantic Hadith:

  • 1. Design and Engineering an Ontology based knowledge model in order to publish a semantically annotated and interlinked Hadith Repository to enable users to answer questions that traditional text mining and querying techniques cannot answer.

  • 2. Publishing the Hadith Texts as Linked Open Data.
